Qualifications
Daniella Overton, founder of Medology, brings a clinically driven and academically grounded background in women’s health, anatomy, and regenerative aesthetic procedures. She is currently studying Midwifery in Cambridge, with a focused interest in maternal physiology, postnatal recovery, and the psychological effects of physical changes following childbirth. Daniella holds VTCT Level 3 qualifications in Anatomy, Physiology, and Pathology, providing her with a strong understanding of the body’s structural systems, healing mechanisms, and dermatological function. She has further expanded her scientific knowledge through academic experience at the University of Cambridge’s pathology department, where she deepened her understanding of disease processes and tissue-level changes.
Her early clinical foundation was built over two years as a student dental nurse, assisting in complex oral and maxillofacial surgeries. This experience instilled advanced aseptic technique, precision under pressure, and familiarity with surgical protocols. In addition, she holds a Distinction* in Health and Social Care and has completed three certifications in medical emergencies and CPR, underscoring her commitment to patient safety and clinical readiness.
Daniella’s aesthetic qualifications include advanced training on Harley Street in microneedling, fat-dissolving injectables (Aqualyx and Lemon Bottle), and regenerative procedures. She also holds a phlebotomy certification completed at Addenbrooke’s Hospital, enabling her to carry out PRP (platelet-rich plasma) treatments safely and effectively. Her multidisciplinary background combines medical knowledge, surgical experience, and aesthetic skill—positioning Medology as a clinic committed to safe, evidence-based, and outcome-focused care for women at every stage of life.
